Welcome to the PTG Calendar Mobile Application. By using our application, you agree to the following terms:

Acceptance: By downloading or accessing the PTG Calendar mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws in the State of Idaho.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiations for a period of at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in Idaho.
Subscription & Billing: Access to certain features requires a subscription of $1.99 per month. This subscription is auto-renewing. You may cancel at any time through your app store settings, but please note that we offer no refunds for any remaining portion of a subscription period.
User Conduct & Termination: You agree to use the application strictly for personal use. Using the app for more than personal gain or for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent from Solve IT Solutions is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the app immediately for any violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property: All content, designs, and software associated with PTG Calendar are the exclusive property of Solve IT Solutions.
Limitation of Liability: PTG Calendar is provided "as is". Solve IT Solutions shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the mobile application.
